Job Description
The Community / DM Manager is responsible for managing inbound engagement across social platforms — including DMs, comments, and basic inquiries. You will ensure timely, professional responses and route serious leads into the sales intake system without selling or over-engaging.
This role is critical to converting attention into trust without breaking MAAD’s advisory tone.
Requirements
• Experience managing social media DMs, comments, or customer support
• Clear, calm, professional written communication
• Ability to identify intent and escalate or route appropriately
• Comfort working with CRM and lead-routing systems
• Strong organizational skills and SLA discipline
• Experience in high-ticket or advisory businesses is a strong advantage
